Scheduling this appointment was one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. Jocelyn seems very nice, but really is a scam artist. I gave her my employers insurance so she knew what I was working with financially. She did work I never asked for, stating that she was gonna make my teeth really pretty. While the work was being done (it was never completed), she began to pressure me to apply for care credit on every visit, I thought that was pretty strange, especially after I had given her my insurance from work This was my first time ever using employer provided dental insurance, so I kept asking her if the work was being covered, she stated “everything will be fine, we’ll make it work! You’re gonna have beautiful teeth” . After telling her on a number of occasions that I could not apply for care credit and making a millions excuses as to why I couldn’t (I should have just said no) I wrote down random numbers on the care credit application so she would stop PRESSURING me. Jocelyn then billed me for work that was never completed and went to court behind my back (I’m sure she told many lies there) and sued me… I never even got the chance to defend myself in court or I was never even advised that there was a court hearing.
