All-on-X dental implants allow for a full-arch prosthesis to be permanently attached to the jaw. Instead of getting a dental implant for each individual missing tooth, you can get your entire top or bottom row of teeth with just 4 implants. Two straight implants are placed in the front, while two are positioned at a 45-degree angle in the back. This allows for the use of all your natural available bone instead of relying on grafts to bolster the underlying jawbone. All-on-X implants can be placed on just the upper or lower arch, or both.
