Patient Review
I’ve had consistently great experiences at this dental office! The customer service is excellent — the staff is always friendly, attentive, and professional from the moment I walk in. Dr. Silviya has done an amazing job with my cleanings and Invisalign treatments — she’s thorough, gentle, and explains everything clearly. I recently had a tooth implant done by Dr. Manious, and the process was smooth and surprisingly comfortable. I felt confident and well cared for every step of the way. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality dental care and a team that truly cares about their patients!

Very welcoming and attentive staff. Dr Silviya Ivanova is very thorough with her work and exams and has outstanding bedside manner. Dr Silviya and her staff are great with kids and amazing with my little daughter. They make her feel comfortable every time and she is never scared to see the dentist.

Patient Review
This dental office is unprofessional, unethical, and clearly prioritizes profit over patient care. The bathroom had no toilet paper during my 2–2.5 hour visit despite heavy use—completely unhygienic. I scheduled online but was called the next day to change my appointment and verify insurance multiple times. During my appointment, the hygienist asked about my job (prestigious) and said, “You must live in Oak Brook,” a wealthy suburb. She then ran out of the room and returned with a man I had never seen before. He did not introduce himself and was not the provider I had booked. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially in healthcare. Without examining my mouth, this new provider insisted I needed a $2,500+ deep cleaning with no history or explanation. When I asked why not see a periodontist, he dismissed it, claiming a hygienist could handle it. He dangerously pushed implants despite my metal allergy and cosmetic procedures without reviewing my chart or listening to me. He pressured me to start treatment immediately, clearly focused on extracting money rather than care. I was then given a treatment plan including fillings never discussed and not covered by insurance, despite being told I had no cavities. Bleaching trays noted in my chart were delayed from same-day to the following week, conflicting with his periodontal claims. After multiple insurance verification calls, I was told I was out-of-network because the provider I booked wasn’t there—information never disclosed. I was charged a $59 deductible instead of $50 and refused to pay without clarification. The office blamed insurance websites for errors but failed to inform me they operate multiple dental businesses with different providers and networks, leading to bait-and-switch tactics. This lack of transparency, poor hygiene, and aggressive upselling make this office highly untrustworthy and unethical. Avoid if you value honest, professional dental care.

this isn’t necessarily about this location or dentists, but about the owner, jocelyn. i went to her at her park ridge location. paid for everything in advance and was on a plan to do everything my teeth needed. in the mean time i got braces so some work had to be delayed a bit. jocelyn sold the practice and did not send an email or give any noticed. i believed that there was a financial transaction that was done between the owners so that those who already paid could still get the work done. nope! out of my money and had to pay for the new work (spoke with other patients in the office, some older, and they verbalized this happened with them as well). i also paid a lot for my retainer and was given an invisalign retainer - no surprise when i realized one day my teeth were now shifting again and im getting braces again after all i paid! ($10k) unfortunately it’s for this reason dentist offices get a bad rep.
